What makes Photo In The Booth the best company to book with?
Here at PITB, we are dedicated to meeting all of our customer's needs with quality always at our forefront.
From the classic oval booths to the more modern selfie pods, and our super fun and interactive 360 booths, we are certainly sure we have a service to make all your photobooth dreams come true.
Do you run a deposit system?
Yes. We accept a deposit of £50 to lock your date in.
How far in advance can I book with you?
Once you pay your deposit you can secure a date that falls within a 6-month time frame. Clients on our corporate list can secure a booking all year round after paying a deposit.
Do you offer any referral benefits?
Yes. All referred bookings received from an existing customer will receive a discount of 10%.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of London. If your booking is out of London please still contact us to discuss.
How many prints come with my package?
All bookings come with unlimited prints. This means all guests can utilize the booths as many times as they want during booking hours.
Customisations
Are we able to do customisations?
Yes. We offer logo, text, colour, background drops, green screen, and design format customisations. Please notify us of your desired outcome and we will be more than happy to help.
I am not sure what customisations I want.
At PITB we offer a demo scheme before your booking, where we can show you an example of how your print will look according to your desired customisations. You can utilize this feature until you've found the perfect customisations for you.
Photo Booths
Are your machines easy to navigate?
Yes, our machines are indeed user-friendly and can be self-serviced. However, all bookings do come complete with a friendly booth assistant who is happy to help.
Are your booths insured?
Yes. All booths have undergone both PAT testing and public liability insurance. Certificates are available upon request.
Is set-up time included in my booth rental time?
No. All booth assistants attend and set up the booth contents before the booking start time.

On The Night
How long is the setup time?
We allow between 1 - 2 hours for setup.
What is idle time?
The additional time the attendant spends at a booking before the start of the event. The attendant is available to answer any queries at this time.
What is a guest book?
A guest book is a photo album. As there is a minimum of x2 printouts per picture, all guests can stick a print in the photo album as well as keep a print for themselves, as well as write a note beside their picture. All stationary supplies are covered.
What if I want to extend the booking time on the night?
Booking extensions can be done as long as the booth assistant does not have any prior engagements. There will be an additional charge of £75 per hour for any hours added on the day.
