The website is owned and operated by Photo in the Booth, which operates under the laws of the United Kingdom. Prior to using the services of Photo in the Booth for photo booth rentals, we kindly ask that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").
By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by our Terms And Conditions agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services. Please note that we reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice, and it is your responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.
Please be aware that pictures and videos captured by Photo in the Booth may be used by the company for marketing and promotional purposes in our printed materials, on our official website, across social media, as well as in any third-party publications, unless you choose to decline participation.
This site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to enter into a binding agreement with the company and to take responsibility for your actions, any charges associated with your use of any equipment provided by the company, as well as your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using/accessing this site immediately.
1.Booking and Payment:
To secure a booking, the Client must pay a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be specified in your invoice. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Photo Booth Services:
The Company will provide a fully functional photo booth for the duration specified in your booking. An attendant will be provided to assist with the photo booth operation. The Client is responsible for ensuring the photo booth's accessibility at the event venue.
3. Event Requirements:
The Client is responsible for providing a suitable space and access to a power source. The Client is also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for the photo booth at the event. Furthermore, the Client shall provide a suitable and secure location for the photo booth, protected from the elements and potential damage.
4. Intellectual Property:
All content on this website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of our company and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Without our prior written consent, you are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content found on this website.
5. Equipment and Liability:
The Company will make every effort to ensure the equipment functions properly but cannot be held responsible for technical issues beyond its control. The Company's liability for any damage or injury arising from the use of the photo booth is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
6. Indemnity:
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from the use of the photo booth at the event.
7. Client's Responsibilities:
The Client is responsible for the conduct of all event guests in relation to the photo booth and shall ensure they adhere to any guidelines provided by the Company.
8. Links to Third-Party Websites:
Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We have no control over the content or availability of those websites and are not responsible for them. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
9. Termination:
The Company reserves the right to terminate the photo booth service without a refund if its staff is subjected to abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior from the Client or guests.
10. Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations under this
Agreement in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government.
11. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
12. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
13. Amendments:
Any changes or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.

14. Refund and cancellation policy:
If a booking is cancelled before the 7-day window prior to the event, customers are eligible to receive a full refund, excluding their deposit. If cancellation occurs within the 7-day window before the event, customers will not receive a refund. However, you will be granted the opportunity to select a new booking date.
15. Deposit scheme
When opting for the deposit scheme, the remaining balance of the total payment is due 7 days before the event.
